Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate outbound and/or inbound call center programs
  • Ensure client objectives are met or exceeded within budget
  • Supervise and train team members, monitor program quality, and provide ongoing support to clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, current RN license preferred
  • Project management experience in a healthcare-related setting preferred
  • Five years of supervisory experience in a call center operation
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, call management systems, and other relevant software
