Job Summary
Leading a globally distributed team, the full-time Manager of Orbital Analysis will oversee Space Domain Awareness operations, providing operational analyses and mission insights while engaging with commercial, civil, and government partners in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of orbital analysts to analyze GSN data and deliver actionable insights
- Engage with customers to provide mission updates, operational support, and technical guidance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, physics, astronomy, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Space Domain Awareness, orbital analysis, or related aerospace mission environments
- Experience managing multiple projects in accordance with operational and budgetary plans
- Experience leading technical teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to operate in time-sensitive situations
