Manager of Order to Cash

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, the full-time remote Manager of Order to Cash will lead a high-performing billing team, ensuring accurate billing outcomes for multi-jurisdictional SaaS contracts while collaborating with finance, tax, and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete invoice lifecycle from Closed-Won status, ensuring alignment with contract terms and pricing structures
• Collaborate with Tax and Legal teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and international tax requirements
• Mentor and manage a billing team, fostering a culture of accountability and precision in billing operations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in billing or finance operations within a SaaS environment
• Advanced experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Deep understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and global tax invoicing complexities
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present actionable insights to senior leadership
