Manager of Organizational Effectiveness

Job Summary

Leading a team of Organizational Effectiveness Consultants, the full-time Manager of Organizational Effectiveness will partner with executives on strategic human capital decisions, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and change leadership in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, strategic consulting to executives on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent acquisition
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of OE Consultants, ensuring focus on value-creating interventions
• Establish trusted relationships with senior leadership, guiding them through transformation and evaluating organizational trade-offs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR Business Consulting with supervisory experience preferred
• BA/BS in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness and strategic workforce planning in complex environments
• Experience in shared services or Center of Expertise environments is beneficial
• Proven track record of coaching and influencing executive leaders through transformation
