Manager of Organizational Effectiveness

Job Summary

To enhance the Organizational Effectiveness department, the full-time salaried Manager of Organizational Effectiveness Operations will manage operational processes, systems, and participant experiences while supporting the delivery and scaling of OE programs and initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations partner for an assigned Organizational Effectiveness portfolio, coordinating enrollment, communications, and logistics
• Develop and improve systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and participant experiences across OE programs
• Provide project management support for OE initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, education, project management, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing complex processes or initiatives
• Proficiency in technology, databases, and workflow tools relevant to operational management
• Demonstrated ability to identify and improve operational workflows
• Interest or experience in automation and artificial intelligence to enhance operational processes
