Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, the full-time Manager of Organizational Resilience will lead complex engagements focused on developing sustainable resilience strategies, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management initiatives
- Lead client engagements, managing project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications
- Oversee business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop resilience strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and presenting to senior leadership
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Business Continuity Planning Certification (preferred)
