Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on out-of-network reimbursement trends and data analytics
• Oversee advanced data analysis and develop automated reports and dashboards for actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of relevant work experience required, with 2 years of consultation experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and accounts receivable in large integrated healthcare settings required
• Strong mastery of Excel and experience with SQL or similar tools for querying large datasets
• Familiarity with data modeling and visualization tools like Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
