Manager of Outbound Servicing Transfers

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Outbound Servicing Transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the transfer of servicing including whole loan sales, MSRs sales, and repurchases to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and negotiate Purchase and Sales Agreements and Servicing Transfer Instructions to meet operational and compliance objectives
• Implement new regulatory agency programs and ensure internal processes are maintained in accordance with changing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investor/PSA requirements, RESPA, CFPB, and agency guidelines
• Ability to manage risk exposure and implement compliance programs
• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience in training and providing guidance to stakeholders
