Job Summary

Leading a team of Partner Care Advocates, the full-time Manager of Partner Care will oversee daily operations, performance management, and partner support in a remote environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery and partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Partner Care team, including workload distribution and performance management
  • Champion a partner-centric service culture by monitoring partner feedback and ensuring proactive support
  • Execute operating procedures and recommend process improvements to enhance partner experiences and team efficiency
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, partner operations, or related fields
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing or partner support teams
  • Strong understanding of service delivery and escalation management in a financial services context
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members while managing performance
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to drive operational improvements
