Manager of Partner Due Diligence

Job Summary

To enhance partner oversight processes, the full-time Manager of Partner Due Diligence will build and lead an analytics and reporting framework focused on risk management and compliance, utilizing data-driven insights to improve operational effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using Tableau and Power Apps to monitor partner oversight programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Generate actionable insights from analytics to support decision-making and drive process improvements in due diligence and risk management

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting, preferably within financial services or risk management
• Proven ability to design and build dashboards using Power BI and strong SQL skills
• Experience establishing KPI frameworks and documenting risks and controls
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field preferred
