Manager of Partner Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Referral Partner Operations to oversee data integrity and partner operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of lead and case data from external partners
• Serve as the operational point of contact for assigned referral partners and manage their day-to-day needs
• Set KPIs for team members, coach them, and evaluate team structure for future hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in operations, data reconciliation, or partner-facing coordination roles
• Experience managing a team and setting performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM or case management systems
• Ability to drive problems to resolution across teams and with external partners
• Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume environment is preferred
