Job Summary

Leading a global team of Partner Operations Specialists, the full-time Manager of Partner Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage escalations, and ensure successful partner onboarding and delivery coordination in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team while driving operational consistency and communication standards
  • Act as a senior escalation point for partner and customer-related concerns, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives across the partner ecosystem
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery operations, partner operations, or similar customer-facing leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in SaaS, technology, or professional services environments
  • Experience managing escalations and operational risks involving partners and cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to coordinate operational delivery activities across multiple engagements
  • Demonstrated capability to drive accountability and process consistency in fast-paced environments
