Key Responsibilities
- Train, develop, and manage a team of 5-7 Partner Success Specialists
- Refine onboarding processes to enhance customer success and satisfaction
- Track implementation tasks and customer metrics to ensure timely goals and retention
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Educational Leadership, or related fields
- 2-4 years of team management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or related areas
- Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or other CRM solutions is preferred
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences and retention
