Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Partner Success for the Onboarding Team (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, develop, and manage a team of 5-7 Partner Success Specialists
  • Refine onboarding processes to enhance customer success and satisfaction
  • Track implementation tasks and customer metrics to ensure timely goals and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Educational Leadership, or related fields
  • 2-4 years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or related areas
  • Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or other CRM solutions is preferred
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences and retention
