Key Responsibilities

Train, develop, and manage a team of 5-7 Partner Success Specialists
Refine implementation and onboarding processes for customer success
Track customer adoption metrics and develop plans to increase retention

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or related fields
2-4 years of experience managing a team
Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related area
Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CRM solutions
Proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences and retention
