Job Summary

To build a global partner success team, the full-time Manager of Partner Success will lead and coach a newly formed squad of specialists, focusing on enhancing partner onboarding and retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Hire, lead, and coach a global team of 7-8 Partner Success Managers, fostering a high-performance culture across time zones
  • Analyze churn indicators to identify trends and lead process improvements that enhance partner experiences
  • Design and implement global playbooks to ensure 85% of new partners are fully set up within their first 16 days
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in customer success, enablement, or account management
  • A proven track record of building teams or processes from scratch
  • Experience with data and trend analysis to develop strategic action plans
  • Strong communication skills with a direct and candid style
  • Experience in the MSP or cybersecurity space is a significant plus
