Job Summary
Owning the data, systems, and planning infrastructure for AMS Global Partner & Channels, the full-time Manager of Partner Systems will ensure data integrity, manage systems administration, and support operational planning tools in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee CRM data quality, ensuring accuracy and conducting regular audits to reconcile discrepancies
- Manage systems administration tasks, including user access, configurations, and troubleshooting system issues
- Administer planning tools like Anaplan, supporting data flows and training teams on proper tool usage
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in systems administration, data management, or CRM administration
- Deep expertise in CRM administration, including user management and data integrity
- Experience with planning/forecasting tools such as Anaplan or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing root causes
- Experience with portal or self-service platform administration
