Manager of Partnerships Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Operations, Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy for the Partnerships organization, translating partner and revenue goals into scalable processes and execution plans
• Identify gaps in systems, workflows, and policies, leading implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Serve as the escalation point for complex partner operational issues, including billing, contracts, and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, partnerships operations, program management, or strategy roles
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS or marketplace environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building executive-level reports and dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
• Experience supporting partner ecosystems, APIs, platforms, or revenue partnerships preferred
