Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Manager of Payer Contract Modeling will oversee the development and maintenance of reimbursement models, analyze payer performance, and collaborate with various departments to support negotiation strategies and financial forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and enhancement of contract modeling tools for various payment methodologies
• Supervise and develop a team of analysts in contract modeling and reimbursement analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modeling outputs into financial reporting and budget forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare financial analysis or managed care
• Experience with reimbursement modeling and revenue cycle management
