Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payer Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the enrollment program and serve as the primary liaison for clinics, payers, and practitioners
• Ensure compliance with health plan requirements and streamline onboarding processes
• Mentor and train staff while managing information flow between payers and facilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managed care credentialing or medical staff services
• Experience leading enrollment teams with a large provider inventory
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience supporting Medicare/Medicaid
• Strong knowledge of NCQA guidelines and delegated payers preferred
