Job Summary

To ensure customers achieve their Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement objectives, the full-time remote Manager of Payer Strategy will manage strategic account plans, drive product adoption, and foster senior-level relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive strategic account plans to drive adoption and outcomes for each customer
  • Prepare and lead regular meetings, including quarterly business reviews, to communicate customer goals and value delivered
  • Identify and drive renewal and expansion opportunities while managing customer relationships effectively
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in customer relationship/account management, preferably in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer renewals and service expansions
  • Aptitude for understanding healthcare industry and IT solutions based on analytics
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients regarding product and service delivery
