Job Summary
To support a growing revenue cycle team, the full-time Manager of Payment Integrity will design, implement, and oversee programs ensuring accurate and compliant payment operations while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and enforces work standards and quality measures to ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements
- Assures timely review and resolution of claims, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed according to established protocols
- Evaluates the impact of new systems/tools and provides technical support during their implementation and testing
Required qualifications
- Four years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Clinic Operations, or related fields, with two years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (four additional years)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modeling
- Proven experience in financial analytics and reporting within revenue cycle or accounts payable
- Experience with payment processing and compliance in financial operations
