Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payor Relations - Northern Region to lead and grow their payer strategy across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payer contracting and network development strategy across Northern states
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of contracting professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with health plans and lead negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, network development, or managed care contracting
• Proven experience negotiating contracts with health plans or providers
• Demonstrated success managing and developing teams, especially newer members
• Experience with various payer types including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial
• Strong understanding of claims workflows and payer/provider relationships
