Manager of Payor Strategy

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Manager of Payor Strategy will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, manage key payor contracting initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and develop frameworks to support payor contracting initiatives
• Develop KPIs and dashboards while identifying revenue opportunities and challenges
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration or business preferred
• Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, or project management
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
