Job Summary

Empowering organizational growth, the full-time Manager of People Development will lead the enterprise-wide strategy for talent and leadership development, designing impactful learning experiences while managing vendor partnerships and optimizing resources, with the flexibility to work remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted learning solutions
  • Develop and mentor the People Development team, ensuring resource availability and overseeing large-scale L&D projects
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 6+ years of experience leading training or talent development initiatives
  • 4+ years of experience with talent review or succession planning programs
  • 4+ years in a supervisory or significant coaching role
  • Expertise in organizational development and adult learning principles
