Job Summary
Empowering organizational growth, the full-time Manager of People Development will lead the enterprise-wide strategy for talent and leadership development, designing impactful learning experiences while managing vendor partnerships and optimizing resources, with the flexibility to work remotely across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted learning solutions
- Develop and mentor the People Development team, ensuring resource availability and overseeing large-scale L&D projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience
- 6+ years of experience leading training or talent development initiatives
- 4+ years of experience with talent review or succession planning programs
- 4+ years in a supervisory or significant coaching role
- Expertise in organizational development and adult learning principles
