Job Summary
Leading the enterprise-wide talent and leadership development strategy, the full-time Manager of People Development will design and deliver integrated learning programs, oversee scalable learning solutions, and partner with business leaders to enhance organizational readiness, all while working remotely across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, defining career paths and implementing targeted learning solutions
- Develop and manage the People Development team, ensuring effective resource allocation and program success metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience, along with 6+ years in training or talent development initiatives
- 4+ years in a supervisory or significant coaching/mentoring role
- Expertise in organizational development, change management, and adult learning principles
- Strong program design skills and experience delivering learning across multiple modalities
- Proven ability to interact and influence all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
