Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of People Operations to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of compensation, benefits, and people operations programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize compensation and benefits programs for the US and Canada, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding, while managing immigration processes
  • Lead HR systems strategy and develop analytics dashboards to inform leadership decisions


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in People Operations, Total Rewards, or HR
  • Hands-on experience managing benefits programs and 401(k) plan administration
  • Strong understanding of U.S. HR practices and familiarity with Canadian employment regulations
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience in compliance reporting
  • Ability to mentor and develop others within the PeopleOps function
