Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of People Operations to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of compensation, benefits, and people operations programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize compensation and benefits programs for the US and Canada, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding, while managing immigration processes
- Lead HR systems strategy and develop analytics dashboards to inform leadership decisions
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in People Operations, Total Rewards, or HR
- Hands-on experience managing benefits programs and 401(k) plan administration
- Strong understanding of U.S. HR practices and familiarity with Canadian employment regulations
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience in compliance reporting
- Ability to mentor and develop others within the PeopleOps function
