Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or talent program roles
- Experience managing performance management and talent review processes
- Experience leading engagement programs and action planning
- Experience building career frameworks and development programs
- Experience using people data to inform decisions and track outcomes
