Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance and talent processes, including performance cycles and succession planning
• Lead engagement initiatives and partner with teams to drive action plans for team health improvement
• Build and scale career development frameworks and manage the People Operations Specialist

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or talent program roles
• Experience managing performance management and talent review processes
• Experience leading engagement programs and action planning
• Experience building career frameworks and development programs
• Experience using people data to inform decisions and track outcomes
