Manager of People Systems
Job Summary
Managing the technical ecosystem of People Systems, the full-time remote Manager of People Systems will oversee the architecture, configuration, and optimization of UKG Pro while ensuring data integrity and platform reliability across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner and subject matter expert for UKG Pro, managing platform health and anticipating issues
- Own the technical roadmap and act as product owner for UKG, prioritizing requests and delivering enhancements and integrations
- Lead data integrity initiatives, providing insights and analytics to support People Operations and ensuring audit-ready configurations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of progressive HRIS or People Systems experience with significant hands-on ownership of UKG Pro
- Demonstrated experience leading UKG implementations and managing system changes in a multi-functional environment
- Strong understanding of HRIS architecture and the ability to translate complex business needs into sustainable solutions
- Prior technical mentorship or people leadership experience in an HRIS or People Systems team
