Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Workday technology strategy and roadmap to enhance employee experience
• Serve as the technical expert for Workday, providing leadership on HR system solutions and ensuring seamless integration of new HR systems
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring successful delivery of projects and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in configuring or deploying Workday
• Solid understanding of multiple Workday modules and HR business processes
• Experience with vendor management and complex project management
• Experience leading teams and managing M&A activity in the Workday environment
• Workday certification(s) are a bonus
