Job Summary

Leading the design and continuous improvement of technology-driven People services, the full-time Manager of People Technology will manage the People technology strategy and service delivery for various HR platforms while translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and service delivery for Core HR, Talent, Learning, Benefits, and Compensation platforms to enhance employee experience
  • Translate business priorities into scalable workflows and system configurations, focusing on automation and operational efficiency
  • Partner with IT and vendors to manage platform governance, ensuring timely technical enhancements and data integrity across People Services
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; additional experience may substitute for education
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, or service delivery in a complex environment
  • Proven track record in leading People technology initiatives and improving processes across HR and business teams
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, service delivery models, and emerging technologies related to HR and shared services
