Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with teams to establish strategic goals and develop key performance indicators
• Provides technical leadership by troubleshooting analytical challenges and clarifying business requirements
• Crafts data narratives through visualizations and dashboards to drive action and inform stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in social science, public health, economics, statistics, actuarial science, mathematics, or a related field
• 8-10 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Tableau Data Analyst certification preferred
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience with analytical/statistical programming tools
