Manager of Performance Analytics

Job Summary

Owning the analytics pipeline in a full-time remote role, the Manager of Performance Analytics will manage the intake and analysis of healthcare claims data, identify care gaps, and ensure accurate billing reconciliation for a multi-state client base.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the analysis of claims records and eligibility files to identify patient care gaps
• Conduct closure reconciliation and ensure billing accuracy tied to client invoices
• Document and automate analytics processes to maintain program integrity and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Deep fluency with healthcare claims data structures and coding
• Experience with Medicare Advantage risk adjustment data, including MAO-004 files
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for independent data analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of value-based care and care-gap economics
• Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, builder-operator role without a large team
