Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Physician Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison for physician compensation projects, data analysis, and budgeting
Consult with leadership on compensation strategies, financial impacts, and productivity analysis
Lead the design and implementation of decision support tools and compensation project plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
At least 5 years of experience in physician compensation, finance, or accounting
Minimum of 2 years of experience with medical group finance and physician compensation plans
Supervisory experience of at least 1 year, including budgeting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
