Manager of Physician Compensation

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Manager of Physician Compensation will oversee complex compensation calculations, drive process improvements, and collaborate across operations, finance, and data teams to ensure accurate and scalable compensation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accurate and timely calculation of physician compensation for national remote radiology practices
• Translate complex business questions and compensation models into clear analyses to support decision-making
• Lead workflows for intercompany billing and settlement processes, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment across practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, operations, or healthcare services
• Experience in managing compensation processes and driving process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
