Manager of Planning and Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Planning & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis efforts for client engagements, facilitating discovery and requirement gathering
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical and delivery teams
• Serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders and internal project teams

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or solution delivery roles
• Strong experience gathering and managing business requirements across complex initiatives
• Proven ability to work directly with business and technology stakeholders in client environments
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
