Manager of Platform Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the analytics function in a full-time remote capacity, the Manager of Platform Analytics will drive product decisions and operational excellence by translating data into actionable insights while managing a high-performing team focused on platform reliability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Defines and owns the end-to-end analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with system reliability and product growth objectives
• Builds and manages a team of analysts, overseeing performance management and establishing best practices for metrics and data governance
• Analyzes trends in platform performance and user behavior, providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, or platform operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in defining analytics strategy and measurement frameworks for technology platforms
• Strong expertise in operational analytics, including reliability, performance, and cost optimization
• Hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
