Manager of Platform Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the analytics function in a full-time remote capacity, the Manager of Platform Analytics will manage a team to translate data into actionable insights that enhance platform reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Defines and owns the end-to-end analytics strategy for Product & Technology, aligning with system reliability and operational performance
• Builds and manages a high-performing team of analysts to support platform operations and product lifecycle insights
• Establishes best practices for operational metrics and data governance, ensuring a unified source of truth for analytics initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Technology, or similar; advanced degree is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, or platform operations
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams
• Proven experience in defining analytics strategy and measurement frameworks for technology platforms
• Strong expertise in operational analytics, including reliability, performance, and cost optimization
