Manager of Portfolio Servicing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Portfolio Servicing to lead the operations of their end-to-end Servicing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of sub-servicers and manage product updates and enhancements
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, setting performance expectations and monitoring results
• Conduct operational reviews with servicing partners and manage execution of servicing-related product changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience with 8-10+ years of work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years in loan servicing and 2+ years managing customer service or servicing teams
• Experience building and scaling servicing operations in collaboration with technology teams
• High technical aptitude with understanding of systems, workflows, and reporting
• Working knowledge of FDCPA, Fair Debt Collection laws, UDAP, and FCRA
