Manager of Practice Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Manager of Practice Operations will oversee compliance and healthcare quality metrics, manage scaling initiatives, and ensure effective governance of advanced AI operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and architect scaling initiatives across Practice Operations, partnering with senior management
• Oversee compliance escalation and management, including data analysis for compliance issues and corrective action plans
• Conduct risk assessments for AI governance and manage oversight of offshore workstreams and quality reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, quality management, or tech-enabled clinical services
• 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Proven ability to build and mentor operational teams in a fast-growing environment
• Deep understanding of healthcare quality standards and clinical risk mitigation
• Comfortable leveraging AI and data-driven strategies for operational improvements
