Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Predictive Analytics and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and execute predictive analytics projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to extract insights from healthcare datasets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Master's degree or PhD preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience with cloud services and modern data stack
• Minimum of five years of experience in predictive analytics or data science, preferably in healthcare
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
