Job Summary
Managing a team of Enterprise Solution Managers, the full-time remote Manager of Premier Accounts will oversee deliverables, handle customer escalations, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and service improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Enterprise Solution Managers and track deliverables to ensure account health
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and lifecycle management audits to align services with client needs
- Establish trusted relationships with customers and internal teams to drive service improvements and resolve escalations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 to 12 years of professional IT experience, including at least 5 years in people and team management
- Technology certifications preferred, such as MCSE, CCIE, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery Design and Solutions
- Familiarity with multiple infrastructure components, including virtualization and networking technologies
