Manager of Pricing and Proposals

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Pricing & Proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the Pricing and Proposals team and provide direct supervision
• Review proposals and pricing models for accuracy and alignment with company standards
• Identify and drive operational efficiencies while managing monthly metrics and departmental work instructions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pricing and Proposals within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
• Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
