Manager of Pricing Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Manager of Pricing Operations, this remote position will manage pricing infrastructure and cross-functional execution, serving as the internal subject matter expert in C&I solar and O&M, while leading a team of two to ensure successful deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake and resolution process for non-standard pricing requests, ensuring stakeholder alignment on final decisions
• Identify breakdowns in the pricing ecosystem and collaborate with relevant teams to improve pricing model inputs and reduce manual interventions
• Manage and develop a team, providing guidance and support while synthesizing market knowledge into actionable insights for Sales

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in C&I solar with expertise in O&M service economics and commercial pricing
• Strong understanding of C&I solar deal structures, including PPA/lease mechanics and O&M contract terms
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments effectively
• Experience working with a deal desk, pricing function, or revenue operations team
• Proven people management experience with a focus on developing analytical team members
