Manager of Procurement Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing procurement team, the full-time Manager of Procurement Operations, Enablement and Analytics will own procurement operations, enhance analytics functions, and develop sourcing enablement capabilities while working in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop vendor management structures and oversee end-to-end procurement operations in Coupa
• Mature and manage a procurement analytics function, generating reports and insights for leadership
• Lead a team, providing guidance and oversight while partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes

Required qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or accounts payable, with hands-on experience in a P2P platform
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; CPM or CPSM certification preferred
• Proven ability to manage procurement workflows, including PO management and supplier onboarding
• Experience in building and maintaining reporting and dashboards for procurement data insights
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to work
