Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product and Marketing Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analytics program across product, marketing, and rewards, establishing measurement strategies
  • Build and maintain dashboards and core metrics in collaboration with Data Engineering
  • Conduct A/B testing and causal measurement to optimize marketing and rewards analytics
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in a quantitative field; MS is a plus
  • 3+ years in product, growth, or marketing analytics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills, with experience in BigQuery and Looker
  • Expertise in experimentation design and analytics modeling techniques
  • Experience with product and marketing analytics, including funnel and retention analysis
