Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Professional Services to lead and oversee consultants while ensuring successful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their business objectives are met
• Oversee the execution of client implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience and delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of implementation processes and project management methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in SaaS or technology-based services is a plus
