Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants focused on client onboarding and solution delivery
• Oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and drive adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Project Management, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of agentic workflows and experience with intelligent task-oriented systems
• Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS or technology projects for mid-market to enterprise clients
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate at scale and thrive in ambiguity
