Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Professional Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Professional Services team, ensuring accountability and innovation
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, handling escalations and maintaining relationships
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in IT Professional Services
• Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise networking
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Fortinet, or Microsoft are preferred
