Manager of Professional Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Professional Services (GovCon) to lead a team of consultants within their ERP Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of functional and technical consultants for ERP implementations
• Drive team performance against Professional Services metrics and ensure high-quality implementations
• Oversee project scoping, estimating, and staffing, while improving service delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience within B2B software
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring consulting or delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Professional Services metrics such as utilization and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing complex software implementation projects
