Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical team for solution deployments and support in the AMS West Region
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management of the team
• Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure successful deployments and drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing delivery teams in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in leadership development and implementing organizational strategy
• Technical expertise in network technologies, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security protocols
